Certification in Professional Agile Leadership™ (PAL I)

In addition to the classic project management methods, we also lead and accompany agile projects for our customers. As certified SCRUM masters and product owners, however, agility is not only important to us in the projects, but also in our own company. During our last training "Agile Leadership" we became aware of how much we are still partially stuck in the classic methods. This is why further training and reviewing our own actions are so important. We know the direction we want to go in and we are on our way. Some of our colleagues have already successfully passed their certification "Professional Agile Leadership™ (PAL I)" according to Scrum.org.
